Nephew of the original BBQ Tom Moua of Montana Q BBQ House in Missoula, MT, I'm been following and my Aunt and Uncle in Montana, Nevada, and California, perfecting the art of smoking meat. After serving 20 years in the US Air Force, I wanted to do something I'm passionate about and sharing to others great food. From the moment I tasted my Uncle Tom's smoked BBQ, I was impressed.
