JosieMart's Magnificent Hot Sauce: a red sauce made with arbol peppers, vinegar, garlic, black cumin, ground cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, achiote, and pink Himalayan salt. This sauce is strained to get out as many seeds and skins as possible. Smooth with a hotness that will curl your tongue! $5.00 a bottle.
JosieMart's Spectacular Hot Sauce: a green sauce made with peppers (jalapeno, serrano, yellow, tomatillo, and pasilla), vinegar, garlic, black cumin and pink Himalayan salt. Chilies are roasted, de-skinned and de-seeded (except the tomatillos) prior to grinding. The roasting gives this sauce a rich taste, that was a favorite with taste testers! $7.00 a bottle unless you also get Magnificent and Fantastic, then it's only $5.00 (but must be with a set of the other two)
JosieMart's Fantastic Hot Sauce: an orange sauce made with vinegar, peppers (yellow, habanero, tomatillo, and arbol), Meyer lemon juice, black cumin and Himalayan salt. Yellow and habanero chilies are de-seeded prior to grinding. This is not as hot one would think with the chilies in this sauce. This light and tangy sauce will heat your palate, but not a much as the other two. $5.00 a bottle
