New product debut tomorrow (Wednesday) at the Yucca Valley farmers market! I am bringing back Jackfruit Carnitas from my old restaurant, the Happy Hooligans! We used it to make jackfruit enchiladas, tacos, and burritos. It’s soy free, gluten-free and ready to heat and eat! People at the restaurant always wanted an extra side order of jackfruit Carnitas but we had to say no bc couldn’t keep up with the demand- it’s not exactly easy to make! I bet everyone of my Hooligans customers is super jealous now lol 😝 SEE YOU TOMORROW!

Starting this Wednesday, there is a new farmers market in Yucca Valley! I will attempt to do two markets a week but in all honesty I might not be able to handle that much work! We will see! But I will at least be there for the first few to try it out . Come see me! Wednesdays 8am to 1pm at Founders Plaza

This year I’m doing something different for Easter! There are so many great products out there that are beyond what I’m capable of personally making, however it is nearly impossible to get your hands on them out here in the desert. If you’ve ever been curious about Juicy Marbles plant based steaks, pork loin, or babyback ribs, I will be selling them at the market in *very limited quantities* so I suggest pre-ordering!

These are raw frozen products that need to be thawed and cooked. They come with cooking instructions too. These are some of the most realistic vegan meats on the market and they are not available anywhere else in the high/low desert that I’m aware of.

To pre-order, use the codes in this post and make sure to list the items you want in the notes.

I made a small batch of brie en croute for Valentine’s Day! There are exactly 3 of the fig balsamic, and 3 of the truffle. If you want to be sure to snag one, pre-order $22 each with the payment codes in the next slides. Make sure to put which flavor you want in the notes. Once a flavor has sold out, I will put that in the stories. I won’t have them on display tomorrow since they need to be kept very frozen, but you can ask me about them and I’ll sell you one if I still have them!

Two new cheeses this week, just in time for Valentine’s Day! Lavender Lemon, and Strawberry Basil. Very small batch and only available until they sell out. Do not snooze! Also we will have the cinnamon roll focaccia again because that was a big hit. They sold out fast last week!
