🚨 Thousands of American Horses Are Still Being Shipped to Slaughter Every Year 🚨

Most people think horse slaughter is illegal in the U.S. — and it is. But what many don’t realize is that American horses are still being exported to Mexico and Canada to be slaughtered for human consumption.

💔 In 2023, more than 20,000 U.S. horses were shipped across our borders to die in foreign slaughterhouses.

💔 These horses include wild mustangs, racehorses, and even family pets — often bought by kill buyers at auctions and loaded onto crowded trailers for a horrific journey.

💔 Since horse slaughter ended in the U.S. in 2007, over 1.6 million horses have been exported for slaughter.

🚫 This cruel pipeline needs to stop. Horses are not food. They are partners, companions, and icons of the American spirit.

👉 Take action: Support the SAFE Act, which would ban the export of horses for slaughter once and for all.

Let’s speak up for the voiceless. Let’s protect America’s horses.
