I recently lots an entire litter of pigglets die from hypothermia. The mother had zero indication that she was pregnant, let alone ready to give birth. The pregnancy had to happen in the 30 minutes that the pigs broke out of their yards one day 3 months ago.
I thought about freezing the pigglets and giving them to the place highschool or community college for directions. Do schools still do this? Or would homeschoolers be interested? It's inevitable that still births will happen or accidents such as this. I would rather the life is used then just composted.

We did our first hatch 3 weeks ago today- those chicks moved into the large brooder today. We have 15 day olds drying in the incubator now and 18 duck eggs set to hatch next week! I love me a good barnyard mix. We are pulling 2 dozen eggs a day now and it is awesome!!!

Cranberrys were on clearance at just 10 cents a bag. I grabbed all that were left!
36 bags later, I have 48 half pints of delicious cranberry sauce put up for the year.
We eat a lot of pottery, so use it often and it makes the best glaze for goat and venison.
