✨ Meet the Team: Anna ✨

Anna! You may recognize her from our socials, because she's always willing to get involved in a style shoot or film a behind-the-scenes video for us!

This girl is smart, organized, and she works. Seriously, I don't know how she gets it all done.

Anna recently graduated from OU with her bachelor's degree, and if that wasn't impressive enough, she was accepted into the OU Health Sciences master's program. We are so incredibly proud of her!

Between school, work, building a future in her field, and somehow still having a life outside of all that, she continues to show up and give her best. She is always willing to help and jump in wherever Top Shelf needs her.

When you see Anna at an event, know you're looking at someone who is working hard toward her goals and making big things happen. She's a hustler.

We're lucky to have her on the Top Shelf team.

✨ Meet the Team: Ali ✨

Ali Hartin has been a friend of mine for years. You know, you don't really realize how long until someone asks you. Then you stop and think, "Wow, it really has been that long."

She's been my go to girl for events for years. If I need help on a busy weekend or someone to jump in when things get crazy, Ali is one of the first people I call. At this point, she's become a staple at some of our annual events because our clients absolutely love her. Honestly, so do we! πŸ˜‚

When Ali walks into a room, people know she's there. She's fun, hardworking, and always willing to jump in wherever she's needed. She's the team member who got voted the NASCAR driver of the group.

Ali is the kind of person who will help anyone without being asked twice. She works hard, keeps things fun, and makes every event better just by being there.

✨ Meet the Team: Karly ✨

Oh, Karly. She hasn’t been with us all that long, but it didn’t take long for us to love her!

She is one of the hardest workers and always jumps in wherever she’s needed. And let me tell you, her parents raised her right. Yes ma’am, no ma’am, and an old-school "right on top of it, Rose" attitude when it comes to work. If something needs to be done, Karly is already on it.

She’s dependable, kind, and always willing to help the team. She also keeps us laughing... or maybe she’s just laughing at all of my ridiculous stories.

Top Shelf loves us some Karly! Even if she eats weird things.

✨ Meet the Team: Lexy ✨

Oh, sweet Lexy. This girl cracks me up!

First of all, she is probably Top Shelf's biggest cheerleader. She is always ready to jump in, work an event, figure it out, and get the job done. She's adaptable, dependable, and always willing to help wherever she's needed.

Now let's talk about the fact that she is the biggest scaredy-cat. πŸ˜‚ And because of that, I take every opportunity I can to scare her.

One of my favorite memories was when we had to jump-start a van battery. Lexy was standing there looking at the Jeep battery with the cables hooked up when David, my husband came up behind her and scared her. Y'all, she jumped so high and screamed so loud I thought she got shocked! We all laughed so hard🀣

If you've ever thought about working with Top Shelf, - I promise it's never boring around here!

But in all seriousness, I'm incredibly proud of Lexy. She's one of those people you know is going to make us proud no matter where life takes her. She works hard, cares about people, and brings so much positive energy to our team.

And if you ever ride with her, be prepared... because that old country station 96.1 is probably already playing. 🎢🀠

Ready to meet another Top Shelf MVP? Brett Koelsch has been with us for 5 years, anchoring our events as Operations Manager. If you’ve worked with Brett, you know he’s dependable, hardworking, and always willing to jump in wherever needed. He cares deeply about our team, our clients, and making every event a success.

When he’s not running events, you’ll probably find him spending time with his family, telling dad jokes, or cracking up the team. And if you’ve ever caught one of his impromptu dance moves during setup, you know exactly why we keep him around!

Christi joined us in November and jumped right into one of our largest and most prestigious weddings. From day one, she fit right in, and now it feels like she’s been part of the Top Shelf family forever.
