🐮🤎 FROM OUR PASTURE TO YOUR FACE!

I keep seeing all these tallow skincare products and wondering… Do you know where that suet came from? What the cow ate? How it was raised? Or are we just slapping random cow fat on our faces?! 😂

Well, since I'm stuck in this house recovering, I've decided to give tallow skincare a try!

Our Dexter cattle are born and raised right here on our ranch, grass-fed, grain-free, and loved since birth! We know exactly where our tallow comes from!

I'm going to experiment with whipped body butters, lip balms, and other goodies. Once they're ready and tested, I'll need some guinea pigs! 💕

Deciding which young calves have the potential to remain bulls takes a lot of time, hard work, and faith in your genetics. We let ours grow naturally and castrate later to give them that chance.
Seeing SexyMuffin all grown up—and now seeing what he produced with little Roxie—makes that hard work worth it. ❤️

Feeling pretty blessed and accomplished.

So apparently Colin and Bru were bored while I’m over here preparing for surgery… 😂
Naturally, they decided the cure for boredom was to bring home the cows that are for sale. 🐄🐶
I leave those two unsupervised for five minutes and suddenly we’re running a cattle relocation program. 🤣
