We had a great time cooking for the Clair Culver dinner at The Yuma Elks 476. Thank you for having KK BBQ there. We hope everyone enjoyed. It was a huge team effort between all the guys that cooked and our vendors.

These guys absolutely killed it yesterday. To feed 230 people on time and a full menu of , tri-tip, chicken, baked potato, coleslaw, cowboy beans and all of trimmings is no small task! Teamwork truly makes the dream work!

2026 Schedule Update
Just a heads up! Due to a scheduling conflict, we’ve had to change our opening weekend for the 2026 season. The updated schedule is posted, so be sure to check it out.
And looking ahead 👀 — the 2027 season will kick off in January and will include Hobby Stocks! We’re excited to get things rolling and can’t wait to see everyone at the track! 🏁
