We are excited to announce we will be holding a 1st Annual Bayou Black Pot Cook Off on Saturday, December 6th, during the Zachary Christmas Parade Downtown! It's YOUR POT so It's YOUR CHOICE, ANYTHING GOES!! Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place along with People's Choice Award!

We will have $5.00 tasting wristbands for guest to visit each team to taste and vote on their favorite!!!

We are also looking for VOLUNTEER MUSICIANS to play at the Gazebo to showcase their talent!!! Send us a message or email if you are interested.

RULES:
1. All dishes MUST be cooked in a cast iron pot! NO OPEN FIRES
2. One 10x10 canopy is allowed per team.
3. Each team must have a fire extinguisher readily available.
4. Cooking teams that chose to sell full size plates must provide their own plates & utensils. (Samplings bowls for judging will be provided by DTL.)
5. Dishes must be completed by 11:00AM
