There's something truly special about collecting quail eggs. For me, it's the thrill of watching my quail behavior. This rooster want some you know and the hen run away hide in the box. Everyday it's different behavior one time i see they all drinking. Then this one hen peck the other one that is drinking move away alittle bit. Some strech their wings and fly or taking a sand bath.They give me joy watching them and eating nutritious food, also love collect the egg daily, never knowing exactly what I'll find. Celadon blue egg or a egg with very unique pattern? The anticipation is half the fun. And when I crack open those tiny eggs, the rich, creamy yolks are a treat for the taste buds. Sometimes you get surprise the big with double yolk.
Quail eggs are a versatile delight, too. Use them in recipes where chicken eggs might overwhelm, or boil them up for a protein-packed snack. I grew up eating quail. after school or lunch break buy at street food or my mom will cook some dish kwek kwek.
