Hey friends my week last week and the weekend got completely crazy when my 6 week old niece was hospitalized for a virus! But she is home and better 🙂 so as promised they nurse wheel is about to be posted!

Most days I haven’t changed my eating habits. We still eat out and on the go far to much!!! But I definitely eat way less thanks to my iced coffee every am and my tea!

My A1C is even lower than before
My cholesterol is all with in normal range!
And my vitamin b12 is above normal… yes it is in red bc it’s still considered “out of normal” but for me it’s where I need to be to feel half way normal due to the malabsorption I have from bypass!

If you want energy… ASK ME HOW.

Our next give away is going to the some of the people that are most special to my heart! I often get called a nurse to some you don’t explain and just say how can I help but to most I say I’m a medical assistant, I can’t take credit for the letter they have bc they work much harder than me for those accomplishments.

But with that being said SHOUT OUT TO ALL MY NURSE!!! These last 3 years have been more on you all than you ever knew you would be signing up for but you have stuck in out and survived!

So just a little thanks from me and the crew at Bases Loaded Nutrition!!!

Huge shout out today to Andrew Carmichaelfor being my number one supporter and constantly cheering me on with everything with the business!
Also to Brianna Goodman for all my designs and art work! If any one would have told me two year ago that she and I would be not only killing it at co-parenting but planning vacations together and her not only supporting my business but helping me with so much of it. I would have told you that you were CRAZZZZY!!!

Thank for all you both do while I’m still working my full time job.
