💫 Our only wish for you? That your first taste of Lid Licking Sauce makes you light up like Clay did when he realized it was his own face on his t-shirt. 🤩

There’s a reason we say philanthropy is our secret ingredient.

Every jar helps us give back to organizations supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Special Olympics, Civitan Club, Gabi’s, and First in Families of NC. 🧡

And that number keeps growing. As of today, Tim and Lynn have donated $40,100 to nonprofits. That’s a whole lot of good coming from a whole lot of sauce.

And Clay? He’s the sauce-covered smile you’ll recognize right on our label, and a pretty perfect reminder of why this mission matters so much to us. We’ll always celebrate neurodiversity loud and proud. 🥳

If every human had even an ounce of Clay’s joy, the world would be a much better place. 🧡

This part of the Lid Licking Sauce story has nothing to do with barbecue.

Tim learned it early, tagging along with his dad at Christmas to deliver food and gifts to families who needed them. Lynn was the mom volunteering at school, chaperoning field trips, helping kids with reading, and later spending time volunteering at the Food Bank.

None of it started as a brand mission. It was simply how they lived.

Years later, that same heart became part of Lid Licking Sauce too. Giving back, making room for people, and showing up for the community were already part of the family long before there was ever a jar on a shelf.
