Slightly salty but sweet, buttery graham cracker crust. Creamy and tangy lime pie and topped with a sweet vanilla whipped cream 🤤

Happy birthday to my dad! 🥳💚

One of his favorite desserts (and one of mine) is key lime pie, so I made a batch of wannabe key lime bars… because apparently every grocery store in town was fresh out of actual key limes. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Regular limes stepped in, and honestly? They still turned out pretty delicious. Sweet, tangy, perfectly chilled, and exactly the kind of treat you want on a hot summer day.

Now all I need is a beach chair and an ocean view. 🌴☀️🌊
