💥💥Are you concerned, not concerned, or unsure about a potential AI data center coming to Dorr Township? 💥💥

Here is an opportunity to express your thoughts. In conjunction with the University of South Florida (USF), a survey was put together to better understand the needs and desires of our community. The completely anonymous results will be analyzed by professional researchers and summarized into a final report that will be available to our community and the township board.

Why did we put together a survey?

Not everyone is able to make it to the township meetings, and not everyone wants to speak publicly. This is an anonymous survey to allow everyone to be heard.

Is it just for Dorr township residents?

Absolutely not, this is for everyone who lives OR spends time in Dorr Township AND for those who would live OR spend time near the potential Data Center location. So residents of Moline and Leighton Township, please take this survey too! And anyone who spends a significant amount of time in Dorr - jobs, visiting, recreation!

What will the survey ask?

This is a completely ANONYMOUS UNBIASED survey. It will ask for you your opinions on the data center, if you think it will impact you, the environment, schools, etc. And it will ask about how you received information about it. USF is an unbiased research group who will take the results, summarize and analyze the various opinions and thoughts. The report will be given to the township board to help them understand what the community wants. So the more people that take it the better!

What if I don't want to take it online?

That is a-ok! I will be at the township board tonight with printed copies. Your answers will go into a blank envelope with no identifying factors and will be manually entered. I am also working on having printed copies available on a regular basis. So stay tuned!

With the tick population (as well as Lyme & co infections) exploding everyone should have this information. Northern Nutrition is in Shipshewana Indiana and worth the trip. Several naturopaths, herbalists and a DO onsite. Appointments are $5 and include live blood analysis. Follow up appointments are free. There is a long waitlist to be seen but you can always stop in or order products online!

Update on the runaway goat saga: momma has apparently joined the neighbors herd of cows. She is standing out there crying but hopefully she can find a snack there. Baby is gone, probably froze to death after the near drowning incident.😢

Hi neighbors. There is a momma and tiny baby goat on the loose in the neighborhood! We spotted them on a trail cam on Sunday morning. Just a few minutes ago my daughter found the baby trapped under the ice on the river right along the road here but by the time I was able to get there it had freed itself and they both took off again. No idea who they belong to but be on the lookout and catch them if you get the opportunity!
