Producing quality meats in a healthy, sustainable manner is the mission of Moraine Park Farms. From our farms in Zeeland and Ontonagon, Mi we bring the consumer beef, pork and lamb produced without GMO feed, hormones, or antibiotics. In order to work within Michigan's unique environment and climate, we have adopted a production system that we have termed "Michigan Craft Beef". Grazing livestock on

pasture is the foundation of our operation, and is enhanced with seasonal shelter and supplemental feeding for the benefit of the land, the animals, and the final product.

Is it even the weekend without Bacon?!

Rolled beef belly from Moraine Park Farms, dry-cured for seven days with brown sugar and salt, then hickory smoked. We’ve been making this one for a minute now and it still hits different every time.

Crisp it up for a BLT, get it crackling in a cast iron next to your eggs, or toss it on a salad for that extra umami situation. Or just eat it straight off the cutting board… no judgment here.
