We have limited stock, so buy while we have it fresh!

The bulbs may be smaller this year but the flavor is more potent than ever!

Prices are:
SMALL: $2/ 5 bulbs
MEDIUM: $2/bulb
LARGE: $3/bulb

Large and medium bulbs are best for cooking and roasting while the small ones are best for fermenting and making home medicines!

May 25 we are having our stand open again from 10am to around noon!

We are selling some of the interesting vegetables we have available this early as well as some live plants!

Our resident foraging guide Peter Kooshian will also be giving a short tour of the garden and explaining the benefits of a perennial-dominant food system!

Sorry for the dead posting! We're alive and prepping for spring!

Above are a plant we're very excited about growing out this year: walking onions! They are essentially a perennial onion that is much like a shallot.

We may have very limited quantities for sale this year so stay tuned! If not this spring, then likely this fall.

Nope, we're not selling peas! Peas and other legumes put nitrogen into the soil from the air.

Nitrogen encourages leafy growth on plants, so in the spring when we have salad greens growing they'll have a nitrogen boost right away!
