Spring Barrel Tasting is here!

Saturday, April 25 & Sunday, April 26
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Come taste our soon-to-be-bottled Cabernet Franc straight from the barrel. Our current selection of finished wines will also be available for tasting and purchase.

The tasting fee is $10 per person, which includes six wines plus the barrel sample. We are also offering a special weekend price: any three red wines of your choice for $75.00.

The Knight Hill Winery Barrel Tasting tradition continues …!

During Spring Barrel Tasting we will be tasting ‘23 Syrah in two types of oak. See if you can tell which is French or American or just identify the difference. As usual the winemaker will be on hand to lead the challenge.

We will have new releases of Cab Franc, Rooks Red (GSM blend), Cabernet Sauvignon, Rose of Syrah and Chardonnay available for tasting & purchase.

Wine Specials: Special price for the weekend will be for our 2019 & 2021 Syrah $200/case.

Red Wine & Chocolate @ Knight Hill Winery

February 14 – 17th
11:00am – 5:00pm

We will be pairing our Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon with San Francisco Chocolate Factory’s “Wine Lovers Chocolate” tasting wafers using 61% & 72% dark chocolate.

First you will taste the wine and the chocolate separately. Taste the chocolate again, letting it melt in your mouth. Take a sip of wine again to combine the flavors. A tin of SF Chocolate tasting wafers is yours to take with a purchase of a bottle of our reds.

Stop by during the Spring Barrel Tasting weekend to taste Knight Hill Wines:

We will tasting from the barrel a 2023 and a 2022 vintage Estate Cabernet Franc to experience the gradual evolution of our wine in oak barrels and then tasting our bottled 2021 Cab Franc to enjoy the culmination of three years of flavor development.

Our hours are during the Wine event weekend will be 11:00 am-5:00 pm.
