FOUND SAFE 🙏 Authorities in Sherburne County issued an AMBER Alert as they searched for a missing 7-year-old girl last seen Wednesday afternoon. She was found safe by 1 a.m. Thursday, the sheriff’s office confirms.

Brynlee had been last seen around 4 p.m. getting off her school bus at a stop in the 26000 block of 13th Street West in Zimmerman.

Authorities asked nearby residents to check their property including yards, garages and outbuildings, reviewing doorbell or security camera footage. Officials eventually said they had more volunteers than needed and were asking people to avoid the immediate area.

Family members said Brynlee was seen getting into a black car, possibly a 2011-2015 Chevy Cruze with chrome under the side windows and silver rims. It’s not yet confirmed by authorities how this vehicle may be related. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said it was still “unknown if she entered the (black sedan) or if it is related in any way.”

A State Patrol helicopter was being used overhead of the Zimmerman area and around 11:45 p.m., an AMBER Alert was issued to mobile devices.

UPDATE🙏 The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office confirmed around 1 a.m. Thursday that Brynlee was found and is safe!

The Minnesota BCA also confirmed the 7-year-old was found safe by police and a suspect was taken into custody. Family members said Brynlee was found in the Albert Lea area after what was described as an abduction and kidnapping, though authorities have not yet detailed the specific area in which Brynlee was located nor the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Randy for sure did not want another Charlie Brown tree. I just can't help myself, I just love them. I think they remind me of how in life there's bumps in the road and things can still turn around like Beauty For Ashes!
