Blakely Farm is a small `private farm on 47 acres just off rt. 15 in Louisa, Co. Virginia--3 miles north of Zion Crossroads and easily accessible to Charlottesville and UVA via I 64. The facilities include a 100' X 200' outdoor sand/rubber arena with an adjacent grass show jumping arena. A round pen is available for training, and pleasant wooded trails wander through the property for riding. The

barn includes 12' X 12' stalls with rubber mats and fans inn a well ventilated barn with a heated tack room and a hot/cold water wash stall. Three pastures and four paddocks allow plenty of grazing and rotation of horses to control parasites. Board includes holding horse for blacksmith and veterinarian. Pasture board includes two times daily feeding, fly masks and winter blanketing. Blakely Farm offers relaxed, no-drama boarding with an emphasis on individual attention to each resident equine. Owner/Manager/trainer, Nancy Covert lives on the premises and has 35 years management and training experience in a successful eventing and dressage career. Lessons are available, or you many bring your own trainer. References are available and Rehab services are available.
