Lazy 8 Acres Club Lambs We raise 4-H club lambs. So, we had the folks from Burn's Post Buildings design and build a barn. We bought 1/4 interest in a proven ram. Enjoy our page.

Our daughter's 4-H project got out of control...

We decided as a family that this was a great opportunity to learn something, to teach our daughter, to give back, and to create - all while taking care of a bit of God's creation. We purchased some brood ewes from Dennis Feller (near Connersville, IN), an established sheep breeder. That first crop of lambs last winter is our base stock to grow fr

om. His name is "Reality Check" - he is outside Springfield, OH on our partner's farm. He will add to our bloodline a champion, long on bone, deeper in the shoulders and flank, and an outstanding loin. We have some big expectations! Our plan for our club lamb enterprise is to raise high quality sheep, that win in the ring, and do it the right way. We wish to accomplish this through good breeding, solid husbandry, and great nutrition. We give glory to God for the gifts he has given us, and desire to be good stewards of those gifts.

We are putting this guy up for sale. We have called him 'All In' while he has worked for us. He is a December 2016 born ram that we purchased in March 2017. He serviced 26 ewes his first year, and only one of them made it to 3 cycles. He is about wrapped up with this year's work, and due to our downsizing - he is expendable.

We bought him from ET Club Lambs out of Bouton, IA. He is a Trump X Moonshine X Hippo. Check out their website at www.etclublambs.com to see reference pics.

The pics you see here were taken 9/3. He is in working shape, and has wool from May. We will be done with him by Sept 15, and could deliver him if necessary. He has a relatively gentle disposition, has a great shape, lots of bone, s**g, elevated in his chest, and gets the job done. I think this guy needs some better girls to run with than mine, and I want to give him that shot.

We are asking $3,000 for him. Young guy has 5 solid years in front of him, comes from a great background, and is a proven performer. [email protected]
