The baby ducks went on pasture last week! They’re thriving and living their best ducky lives. They’re getting so close to quacking now. The little noises they make remind me of Tom turkeys when they puff up with air. 😂

The new webstore is open now as well! (L!nk in B!0 😂) I’m still migrating the website over to my new platform, but I’m very happy with the store. Check it out and let me know what you think!

We’re also super excited about the ! They officially started this past weekend, but we won’t be joining them until the first Saturday in May.

I announced in my email this week that I’ll be offering an extra 8% discount for folks using SNAP/EBT at the markets. I hope that combined with the Double Up Food Bucks will help keep our food affordable for those who need it.

Delicious homemade chicken piccata with our boneless breast and bone broth. I personally pull the skin off and fry it separately for a snack. I’ve been using Giada’s recipe for years and just make mine a little saucier to go with the pasta. 😋

I just got home from seeing all of the chicken farmers at the APPPA Conference down in Jacksonville, FL. It was awesome getting to see Daniel from again and meet so many other people raising pastured poultry across the country. I met another awesome NC poultry farm and I even got to speak to Will Harris from !

The food and fellowship were amazing, but my introverted little soul is glad to be home. I’m even more excited about making my plans for this year. The season is creeping up on us so fast!!
