I would like to point out that Eric Taubel, Minnesota Office of Cannabus Management Director, was general counsel to the Department of Education from 2022 -2024. This department had oversight of the Feeding Our Future program. From 2019-2022 Mr. Taubel was an attorney for the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Why is he now in the role of OCM Director? Is he allowing fraud and collusion to occur? He is one of the highest paid bureaucrat in the state appointed by Governor Walz and should be closely watched.
