🍀Purple Ribbon Breeding Livestock award recipient.

He would like to thank all the volunteers that work all year to make this happen and those that are at the fair working during the encampment. You all deserve the highest praise and awards for all that you do! It takes a village!

Caden would also like to thank the family that generously donated the Sydell milking stand for Best In Show award! It is a very generous gift that will be used for many years to come!

He would also like to thank the MLBA purple ribbon sponsors for their support of the dairy goat program! Minnesota Dairy Goat Association, Minnesota Goat Ladies, Minnesota Livestock Breeders Association and Ames Construction! It’s a great new incentive to include the projects with breeding animals and it’s great to be recognized and included in the purple ribbon auction!

We also had many exhibitors in the Toggenburg ring that had purchased does or genetics from Caden. We are so proud of how well you all did with your does and how well you represented our farm. Congrats to you all and especially Lilly Hovel for her Toggenburg Senior Reserve Champion win with Northwindoes CVR Fendi!

Caden had a pretty good show at the Goodhue County Fair. He won Senior Interviewer, Best in show with his senior doe Northwindtoggs GF Rhoxie and Reserve Junior Doe with his junior kid Northwindoes Olympic Hope. He also had the opportunity to compete in supreme showmanship and did well, learned some and had fun with his friends. Caden advanced to compete at the Minnesota State Fair 4H show next week!

Another young lady that worked so hard and we are so proud of her. She was Champion Intermediate Showman and earned 1 of 4 trips to the Minnesota State Fair 4H show with Northwindoes LRM Fendi! Good Luck and have fun!

We are so proud of the commitment this young lady had with her 4H dairy project. Her hard work paid off as she won Grand Champion and Reserve Champion overall at her county fair. It’s great to see our does doing the work they were bred to do! Good luck at the Minnesota State Fair 4H show!
