Hello World... We just got done pushing out some graduation dinner food & finally getting around to making a Saturday Special post. Smoked Angus Beef Brisket Sandwich. Butter toasted Fano Bakery kaiser roll filled with 6oz of tender oak wood smoked Angus beef brisket, crispy fried onions & dijon aioli. Accompanied by house fried kettle chips dusted with mesquite seasoning. BBQ sauce on the side. $15

Stracotto Di Manzo - 9oz of well marbled Prime Angus beef braised with root vegetables & snipped herbs until fork tender; served over creamy Parmesan yellow corn polenta. Hello World. We recognize that there are plenty of local independent entrepreneurs & great food options available this weekend. If you are able to, please support your fellow neighbor & visit with them, mention them & precure from them as it would mostly likely mean the most.
Eat&Go is taking a break from the Weekend Special but still offering the full menu. We have also decided to open tomorrow, Sunday, for service from 12pm-5pm if you happen to need some nourishment that we can help provide. Oh, don't forget about the Horse Shoe Tournament. ig is selling some cheesecake, looking good as usual. Come on by, We are also on the Mainstreet of Our beautiful village of Zuni.

Torta Tuesday Special - Torta de Machaca - Glenn's Bakery's fresh baked soft telera roll butter toasted & stuffed with machaca de res, aguacate, cebolla morada encurtida, culantro & mayonasa. Served with our house made potato chips. $14

Cino de Mayo Special - Quesadilla de Machaca - Angus beef chuck slow cooked with plenty of onions, chilies, spices & garlic until fork tender, then seared on the plancha for color. Frijoles negros, culantro, cebolla & queso added then stuffed in a Glenn's Bakery harina tortilla; griddled to golden to finish. Tomatillo salsa to garnish. A true labor of love. $11

Come mingle & interact with Our youth as they prepare & give samples of a resilient protein that has stood the test of time, the American bison. Prepared today in the form of a slider. Topped with caramelized onion, creamy havarti cheese & a housemade fig & bacon marmalade; butter griddled Fano Bakery silver dollar rolls as the bun.

Chicken Shawarma Loaded Fries. Our house cut French fries fried to golden & topped with thinly sliced chicken marinated overnight in seasoning & spices of the Mediterranean. Pickled red onion, Turkish feta cheese, MMI's rendition of a tzatziki sauce to finish the ensemble of a interpretation of a Turkish street food favorite. $14
