Farm Help Needed – Full-time
and Part-time (Summer/Seasonal)

Overview
We are a year-round, no-till, small market farm. We sell to restaurants 52 weeks a year and participate in an 11-month farmer’s market. If you’re interested in farming, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn new skills, this position is perfect for you. We value motivated individuals ready to contribute to a productive and sustainable farm setting.

Qualifications
• Willingness to learn is essential.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing heavy lifting on a regular basis.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
• Assist with daily farm chores, including planting, harvesting, and washing vegetables.
• Farm, field, and tunnel clean-up and maintenance.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks involving soil/compost, weeds, and vegetables.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (Summer/Seasonal)

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour/depending on experience.
Weekly vegetables.

Work Location: Zuni, Virginia
