Yesterday was Cookie’s due date and she had lost her ligaments. It was a long day and it wasn’t until late last night that she had decided to have her single doeling. 🎀
Huge thanks to everyone in the show barn who helped assist her during her delivery!
Cookie is such a great mother and is doing a good job with her baby!

NWDLS 2026 was a great show!
The herd did great! Perfect Time PAR Bliss “Peanut” won Supreme Dairy doe and 4M Goat Herd BM Milky Way won Grand Champion La-bred Nigerian Dwarf Buck! I also won Reserve Champion Senior Dairy Goat Showman with Peanut.

Today was an eventful day at the Sabine Parish Spring Livestock show! I won Overall Senior Showmanship with Peanut and won the Sr Premier exhibitor contest! ✨

Milky Way won Overall Nigerian dwarf buck, Clover won 3rd, Honey won 1st and Overall Nigerian Dwarf doe, Ideclare won 1st, and Peanut won 1st in her division.

It was a long day in Texas. We attended the Harvest Hooves Dairy Goat show this weekend and it was a great experience!
First up was showmanship and I won 1st place in the senior division with Perfect Time PAR Bliss (AKA Peanut).

Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees female puppy looking for a new home! Has been exposed to goats and chickens; received her 6 weeks shots and been dewormed twice. Her parents are both awsome LGDs who fullfill their jobs! This girl is so sweet and I’m sure she will turn out to be a good LGD.

Nigerian Dwarf Buck/Doe twins looking for new homes. Can be dual registered with ADGA/AGS.

If the buck isn’t sold by next month then he will be wethered. He could still make a great companion wether in or out of the show ring.
Both could make great pets and are already really sweet. They are dam raised but I am currently starting to wean them.

Currently 3 weeks old and are exposed to goats and chickens.
These puppies are going to be working dogs and will do an excellent job protecting livestock but can go as pets too, I would just recommend having a good sized area for them to stay active.
