Desde hace casi 20 años, el querido Toby Morrhall, comprador de vinos de The Wine Society UK, visita Uruguay para seleccionar los vinos que formarán parte del catálogo del club de vinos más antiguo y prestigioso del Reino Unido.
A lo largo de todos estos años, ha mantenido la tradición de visitar únicamente tres bodegas uruguayas, y hoy nos tocó vivir un momento muy especial: su última visita en este rol, presentándonos además a Harriet Kininmonth, quien continuará este camino con el mismo entusiasmo y compromiso.
Fue un encuentro emotivo. Compartimos, por penúltima vez (porque esperamos que nunca sea la última), una degustación en nuestra bodega, celebrando juntos la extraordinaria cosecha que nos regaló el 2026.

For almost 20 years, the wonderful Toby Morrhall, wine buyer for The Wine Society UK, has visited Uruguay to select the wines that will become part of the portfolio of the UK's oldest and most prestigious wine club.
Throughout all these years, he has remained loyal to visiting only three wineries in Uruguay. Today was a particularly emotional visit, as it marked his last in this role, while also introducing us to Harriet Kininmonth, who will continue this journey with the same passion and dedication.
It was a truly special moment to taste together at our winery for the penultimate time—because we sincerely hope it will never be the last—sharing the exceptional 2026 vintage.
Thank you, Toby, for your friendship, your trust, and for bringing a little piece of Uruguay to wine lovers in the UK for so many years. We wish you all the very best in this new chapter. See you again soon! 🍷
