As we close out the week. We celebrate our Front of the House Super Star server. She recently captured the title of Queen of St. John , USVI Carnival 2024. She captivated the crowd with her energy, beauty, talent and more, and we couldn't be more happy for her reign this carnival season 2024.

Our Executive Chef and Program Lead was busy representing Wild Sage, UVICELL CULINARY PROGRAM, and the US Virgin Islands at the well known Aspen Food and Wine Festival this weekend, creating the well received and favored dishes of the event that represented home. Event participants stated that all her dishes were crowd favorites, created with a unique and creative twist that were bursting with flavor and out of this world, but still represented what the USVI is all about, in true Chef Robles fashion. The well known Food and Wine magazine and all its components is a Culinary dream, and Chef Robles, a USVI culinary ambassador and educator, has represented us well in all aspects of food and wine, as guests/celebrities marveled at her creations and explanations of our food culture, history, and flavor profiles She represented UVI CELL CULINARY PROGRAM and the USVI well.
