Here on St. Croix we are tucked away in the eastern most corner of the United States, but we are sure that if you travel in any direction, you will find we have the best gas station food that the country has to offer right here on the Virgin Islands! The Kitchen is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 7pm. Saturday The Kitchen is open from 11am to 5pm. We have a limited Menu on the weekends. Brunch with Chef Aaron and Jody Starr behind the bar on Sundays. Whether you are having one of our traditional island dishes, some good old fashion BBQ, or one of our delicious sandwiches, you will not be disappointed! Monday through Friday from 3 to 9pm (Saturday from 2 to 8pm) is Happy Hour at Ziggy's Island Market's own The Libation Station. Good Friday is every Friday at The Libation Station with Chef Aaron and Kirby behind the bar. Have a beer, wine or cocktail at the bar or relax in our table area and watch the coming and going of the afternoon until late night. We have a couple of the liveliest bar tenders on the East End working, so we are always listening to some cool Caribbean tunes and are having fun!
