We heard this from a guest at the counter recently, and honestly? We take it as the ultimate compliment.
How do you describe a panna cotta seasoned with subtle scallop umami? Or ice cream crafted from deeply caramelized onions? Or Sichuan pepper infused into sweet, juicy peaches?
We take technical pastry science and apply it to ingredients you’d never expect in a dessert course. It’s not a traditional restaurant, and it’s definitely not a normal dessert shop.
