Su's passion is cooking, and she has 25 years of experience in multi cuisine cooking. Su pours her heart and soul into the cooking, and all treats that she makes. All of her creations are high quality and use only the finest ingredients. Su started her cooking journey at Burmese Kitchen Restaurant in Melbourne, Australia. After that, Mandalay Burmese Cafe and Nilar Yangon were founded by Su. Later

, she decided to work at Kazbar and CNF bar cafe as Sous Chef and Head Chef in Italian Cuisine. Now it's the time she would like to show her Burmese food to those who are interested in a taste of Burmese food and of course other cuisines as well.
