The DACE Organic Spice Processing Factory in Cao Bang has officially broken ground.

Built closer to our growing regions, the new factory will strengthen the connection between Vietnamese farmers, modern processing, and global markets.

Today, the plans leave the paper.

And the real work begins.

INSIDE DACE’S FUTURE D**G KHE FACTORY
PART 1 | ORGANIC JUICE & SYRUP PRODUCTION LINE 🌿

Currently operating at our Soc Son factory, DACE’s production line manages the complete journey from fresh organic ginger to finished juice and syrup.

Fresh ginger is washed and prepared before being transferred by conveyor for crushing and juice extraction. The extracted juice is then filtered and checked.

Depending on the final product, it can continue as ginger juice or move through controlled blending and cooking to become ginger syrup.

The process is completed with in-process quality checks, multi-nozzle filling and automatic capping—creating a continuous production flow from raw material to finished bottle.

Once DACE’s new factory in D**g Khe is completed, these facilities will also be established closer to our growing areas in Cao Bang.

On August 24, 2026, DACE will proudly mark the groundbreaking of our new organic spice processing, storage, and export facility in D**g Khe, Cao Bang Province.

This milestone brings us closer to our vision: building a sustainable value chain that begins with healthy, living soil, grows alongside local farming communities, and delivers high-quality Vietnamese spices to customers around the world.
