INSIDE DACE’S FUTURE D**G KHE FACTORY
PART 1 | ORGANIC JUICE & SYRUP PRODUCTION LINE 🌿

Currently operating at our Soc Son factory, DACE’s production line manages the complete journey from fresh organic ginger to finished juice and syrup.

Fresh ginger is washed and prepared before being transferred by conveyor for crushing and juice extraction. The extracted juice is then filtered and checked.

Depending on the final product, it can continue as ginger juice or move through controlled blending and cooking to become ginger syrup.

The process is completed with in-process quality checks, multi-nozzle filling and automatic capping—creating a continuous production flow from raw material to finished bottle.

Once DACE’s new factory in D**g Khe is completed, these facilities will also be established closer to our growing areas in Cao Bang.

EU SIẾT QUY ĐỊNH VỀ BAO BÌ TỪ 12/8/2026

Quy định mới của EU về Bao bì và Rác thải bao bì (PPWR) bắt đầu áp dụng một số yêu cầu mới từ 12/8/2026.

Đáng chú ý với DACE: bao bì tiếp xúc với thực phẩm phải đáp ứng giới hạn về PFAS – nhóm “hóa chất vĩnh cửu”. Trong thời gian tới, EU cũng sẽ tiếp tục hoàn thiện các yêu cầu về khả năng tái chế, ghi nhãn và thiết kế bao bì.

👉 Các bộ phận QA/QC – Sản xuất – Mua hàng – R&D cần lưu ý khi lựa chọn túi, màng, hộp, bao bì và nhà cung cấp cho các sản phẩm xuất khẩu EU; chủ động yêu cầu hồ sơ/chứng nhận phù hợp thay vì chờ đến khi khách hàng yêu cầu.

In 2024–2025, with the support of BMEL, Helvetas and Cha Dô, DACE has worked closely with our local farming partner, Ha Quang Cooperative in Cao Bang, to build a small microbial production facility and apply beneficial microorganisms in organic spice cultivation.

For a local cooperative, this is not a simple step. It requires new knowledge, new equipment, discipline in production, and the patience to test, learn and improve.

After more than one year of installation, training and field application, the cooperative has successfully produced and applied local beneficial microorganisms for spice crops such as ginger, turmeric and chili.

Initial results are encouraging: crop productivity has improved by around 20–30% in some fields, while plants show better resilience and lower disease pressure.

For DACE, this is more than a technical project. It is part of our long-term commitment to living soil, organic agriculture and local farmer empowerment.

The road ahead is still long. There is still much work to do to expand, support and apply these solutions across more than 3,000 farming households and 2,300 hectares of DACE’s organic sourcing areas in Cao Bang.

From Ha Quang, Cao Bang, we are proud to see science, farmers and nature working together for a cleaner and more sustainable spice supply chain.
