Hi. I'm Emma and I went from 274 to 143. I'm 64 and I feel like I'm 45 again! 😊 I lived a pretty active life when I was younger, we used to do so many activities with our kids and I enjoyed every minute of it. I was very excited when my first granddaughter was born. I had a long list of fun activities that I wanted to enjoy with her. But there was one big issue: I was not young or fit anymore. I had been losing my battle with the bulge these past few years.. I wanted to run around, play, swim and ride bikes with my grandchildren. But I was not even able to carry my granddaughter around without getting winded. Whenever my son asked to watch the grand-kids, I made excuses as I did not know how to tell him ….that even carrying a small child was a struggle, it was embarrassing.... I felt very helpless. I was feeling so low; how did I let this happen? I did not know what to do. My husband knew my struggles but neither of us knew what to do. But it all changed when I ran into my old friend in a grocery store. She had 2 beautiful grand-kids with her …..she looked amazing. Someone could have easily mistaken her for the mother of these kids. She greeted me with a big smile…..we chatted a bit. I could not help but notice how great she looked…at least 15 years younger than me. I was amazed how someone my age can look so young and vibrant. I wanted to ask her how she maintained her health. I was happy for my friend but it made me feel more sad and depressed… or maybe I was just feeling jealous.🥴 I was so impressed with her energy that she was shopping and also handling her 2 young grand-kids…. I was amazed. We talked for a little bit then to my surprise, she told me how she was living the same life a few years back where she was feeling a little too round, depressed, and sluggish all the time but then everything changed for her with a simple daily routine. Then she told me how she had taken back her life with a small change to her simple morning routine. I never thought it could be that easy - her simple daily routine was exactly what I needed to restore my ZIP✨ and change my life forever. Now I have 9 grandchildren and my calendar is full of activities. I LOVE our family gatherings now, I have the energy to play with my grand-kids for hours, even days! No one can stop this grandma now... 👵🏻 All thanks to my friend who shared this simple daily routine with me and changed my life forever.
