There’s a reason our tiramisu doesn’t always look perfectly neat.
Because real tiramisu was never meant to stand like a cake.
It should be soft.
It should be delicate.
It should give way the moment your spoon touches it.
The ladyfingers are slowly soaked in coffee.
The mascarpone cream stays light and silky.
And the cocoa sits generously on top, bringing everything together in that first bite.
Sometimes, when you lift a spoonful, it looks a little messy.
That’s actually the point.
Because the best tiramisu isn’t about looking perfect.
It’s about that moment when coffee, mascarpone, cocoa and soft layers melt together — and you forget everything else for a second.
