𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿, the visionary behind 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝘆 𝗠. Wines (also known as 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝘂𝘅), has been a pivotal figure in Australia’s natural wine movement since 2007. As a founding member of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆collective, alongside James Erskine (Jauma Wines) and Tom Shobbrook (Shobbrook Wines), Anton has passionately promoted winemaking practices that prioritize purity and sustainability.

Based in the 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 area, is committed to creating authentic, natural wines. Every bottle is crafted from organically farmed grapes and naturally fermented, with no additives, fining, or filtration. Their dedication to purity extends to the winery itself, where no chemicals are used - not even for cleaning. Instead, they use only water and alcohol distilled on-site to keep the environment pristine.

At Lucy M., the team aims to produce lower-alcohol wines that are more enjoyable and health-conscious, by harvesting grapes early and changing their techniques. They believe wines at 11.5-12% or lower are better for well-being and social enjoyment. In the last couple of years, they have focused on reducing common natural wine challenges like volatile acidity, mousiness, and lactobacillus fermentation. Lucy M. also continues to blend tradition with innovation, crafting wines that are both artistically refined and authentically natural, celebrating a legacy of passion and purity.

You are invited to join our first ever winemaker’s talkshow with James Erskine, the Man behind the legendary Jauma bottles, co-hosted by the leading sommelier Khanh Vi, vice-president of .

You will get to listen to James personal story, how an award-winning Certified Sommelier turned to a pioneering natural winemaker and never looked back. James will be sharing his philosophy on wine and more than that.

Skin-contact white, blend of Delaware and Niagara. The juice was fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 7 months. Fresh, juicy taste with a touch of Japanese pears, some saline notes & soft tannins. Easy-drinking white with a long, salty finish.

Skin-contact white, made from Delaware, Steuben, Neo Muscat, and Merlot. Delaware was skin-fermented in amphora for 10-13 days, then blended with 12-hour macerated Steuben, Neo Muscat, and Merlot. 10% whole bunch skin fermented. 50% was aged in amphora. The rest, 40%, was in a stainless steel vat. Candy, orange peel, and jasmine tea aromas. The taste retains the freshness of the grapes but with balanced acidity and hints of umami flavors. Delicate tannins and rich in flavors.

Skin-contact pét-nat made from Delaware & Niagara. Delaware and Niagara underwent an 8-day skin co-fermentation before being blended with 12-hour macerated Delaware. The juice was fermented in stainless steel vats, then bottled with 11-12g/L of residual sugar for a lively bubbly effect. Hang in there for the fruity & tropical aromas, plus some lively and refreshing feelings on your palate.

Red that is crafted using different vinification of Steuben, Delaware and Merlot (mainly skin fermented Steuben and Merlot for 14 days). 100% destemmed. 40% was aged in amphora, the rest 60% was aged in a stainless steel vat. Imagine you’re walking into a garden of red berries, while the oolong tea aroma is lingering in the air. This red just feels so fresh from deep inside, yet complex with fruity notes & the bitterness of green herbs, wrapped up by the plush tannins.

Skin-contact pét-nat made from Delaware and a tiny bit of Steuben. Delaware was left on the skin for 12 hours, then blended with 24-hour macerated Steuben. Fermented in stainless steel vats, then bottled with 12g/L of residual sugar to create some dancing bubbles in the bottle. Notes of apples, pineapples, and Hyuganatsu. Soft on the palate, good acidity - as refreshing as what you would expect from a pét-nat!
