Native to Tokushima Prefecture (Shikoku, Japan), sudachi has been hand-harvested since the 8th century. Boiron’s purée is crafted exclusively from fruits grown in small plantations 300–400m above sea level. Each sudachi is picked green between September–October to preserve its signature acidity.
