Some days I still can't believe this is my life.
This job has brought me to people I never thought l'd have the chance to meet - from famous YouTuber, to Masterchef, awarded oncologist, artist and wow today, I met an Emirates Captian Pilot - Mr. Tobias Gunzinger✈️👨🏻‍✈️Oh my goodness it was such a big pleasure for me, plus he was incredibly humble and answered all of my silly curious questions about flying planes for a luxury airline 🤣I also met 3 super sweet guests from England/Australia and together we made a gorgeous vegetarian Vietnamese meal

The journey of running a cooking class hasn't been easy at all.
There were so many moments of exhaustion, pressure, self-doubt, and challenges that almost made me give up. But every meaningful encounter, every kind word, and every bit of support from my clients became the reason I kept moving forward.
Somehow, step by step, life keeps opening doors I never knew existed.
They reminded me that all the hard days were worth it. I'm deeply grateful for this journey, for the people l've crossed paths with, and for the younger version of me who kept believing even when she couldn't see how far she would go.I will continue to spread positive energy and share my passion for true authentic Vietnamese culinary with my beloved customers.
And maybe this is only the beginning. ✨
