Hot in the morning, heavy rain in the afternoon. This is usually the time when I like to keep a jar of honey at home — especially for a warm drink with lemon.

My honey comes from the coffee farms in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, where I’m from.

And one thing I really want to make clear:

This is real, raw honey.

No sugar syrup.
No water added.
No mixing with other types of honey.

Just honey collected from the coffee blossom season and kept as naturally as possible.

It’s also naturally thick — 1 liter weighs around 1.4 kg. That’s something you can actually feel when you pick up the bottle.
