Happy two-year anniversary to Slow Noodles! February 20, 2024 was a day we’ll never forget. We started the day live in the studio for a live broadcast of and ended the night at and a book launch party that surpassed our wildest dreams. It’s been an incredible experience to hear from readers and home cooks who embraced the book in countless different ways, all deeply personal — from Khmer Americans with shared histories to folks who knew little about what happened to Cambodians 50 years ago. Thank you all for reaching out and inviting us to continue the conversation. And massive gratitude to the friends and allies who gathered and supported us that week two years ago. 🇰🇭💙🤍❤️
