This Saturday, we are taking a test drive with a new Chocolate sweetener we made from our very own Hibiscus Sabdariffa and blackcurrant powder.
It is sweet, tart and tangy.
We will be at the SWAG market with some samples. Thanks to all the locals who bought our chocolate last weekend.

Our Chocolate is 75% dark, and sugar free this Saturday only.

It’s been a minute. but we’re back on island and ready to join the market this morning at the Samoa Tourism Fale in Apia.
From 8am to 12pm, we’ll join Agnes Florist & Tropical Plants and others, to bring you exclusive products made from our very own crops.

Our first mission to research and assist to create opportunities to transform New Caledonia’s budding cacao industry has been a success, according to the Partners, actors and supporters of cacao in the country.
As I make my way back home, I carry with me their gifts and hopes for an exciting future with Cacao.
From the northern tip to the crisp south of this mountainous island, two cacao varieties thrive, hidden in lush endemic forests. One of these is the rare and illusive « criollo ».
We look forward to the second mission…
