Last day of Tech & Bio;
Agroprocessing of jams and checking out the Organic Sugarcane that is turned into some of Moorea’s favourite rums.
Of course we are always taking the scenic route back where we find an ancient Marae mound complete with ancient ifi and lama trees growing inside the mound.

Ce que certains considèrent comme de simples mauvaises herbes est en réalité un remède puissant. Voici quelques plantes et herbes communes aux Samoa qui possèdent des vertus médicinales exceptionnelles. Je peux littéralement manger ma pelouse.

Nous sommes ravis de collaborer avec FĀORA Lab sur l'île de Raiatea (Polynésie française) pour un atelier de transformation agroalimentaire à partir du 12 août. Nous admirons votre travail depuis quelque temps déjà et avons constaté tout ce que nous avons en commun. En tant que Polynésiens, nous devons apprendre les uns des autres, soutenir nos progrès respectifs et célébrer ensemble nos réussites.

Please note that we are a Working Farm with minimal staff and we are NOT open to the public for casual drop-ins.

Products are only Sold during our Tours; at Kool Shack Ice-cream shop; or occasionally at the SWAG Market on Saturdays.
