Pivdžan Craft Beer We brew beers since 2016, making the first local brewery in Kosovo with dozen of original craft beer styles. Pivdzan is a beer with soul and purpose.

Bottled or draft, it is available in local pubs, restaurants and stores that cherish quality domestic products. Pivdzan is the embodiment of pure enjoyment of the full taste of beer. Perceived as a "simple" beer, our Scottish Ale is actually one of the most complex ones. It has a hint of malt smoked on a peat and 4 other malt types, including roasted barley, with British type hops for aroma, and special yeast that rounds this beer style. We brew it all year round because it is perfectly refreshing in the summer, and yummy delicious in the winter.

🇽🇰 C’est parti! Me voilà bien arrivé à Pristina, capitale du Kosovo pour un petit séjour découverte entre le Kosovo et la Macédoine du Nord! On est posé au MIQT Pub en ville de Pristina et on inaugure le séjour avec la « IPA » de la Brasserie Pivdzan (Gračanica, Pristina au Kosovo). Une bière de style India Pale Ale qui s’élève à 6.4% Vol. Alc. et qui propose à l’œil une robe de couleur dorée finement brumeuse surplombée d’une mousse blanche. Le nez est dirigé sur des arômes de houblons, des touches tropicales, d’agrumes avec de l’orange, de la mangue, passion et un peu de résine pour un fond malté sympa. Dans le gosier, on apprécie des touches tropicales, d’agrumes, de fruits tropicaux, de mangue, de passion, orange, mandarine et une amertume appréciable résineuse.
