We are currently seeking an experienced, Commercial Director with a passion for adding value and increasing growth by identifying new commercial opportunities and helping shape marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a constant awareness of trends and market conditions, in order to provide strategic advice to upper management. This role requires someone who is a creative, strategic thinker with excellent organizational abilities. If you are able and ready to promote and expand our company's commercial activities and generate revenues in a way that leads to sustainable growth and satisfied clients, we are ready to meet you.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals and objectives
• Focus on strategies to accelerate growth
• Working knowledge of how to conduct market research and analysis including the creation of detailed business plans
• Extensive understanding of business growth models and the ability to foresee commercial opportunities
• Develop plans for expansion and business development
• Understand existing customer relationships and their requirements to ensure they are being met
• Willingness to take strategic risks, acting to acquire new customers and manage client relationships
• Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
• Excellent relational skills, working tirelessly to build and maintain beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge of metrics to monitor the performance of commercial activities, reporting results to senior management
• Strategic development and critical thinking skills needed to assist in setting financial targets, developing budgets, and monitoring compliance

Requirements and Qualifications
• BS/BA in business administration, finance or similar field minimum; MS/MA is a plus
• Successful work experience as Commercial Director another relevant role
• Proven success in sales and/or marketing, as well as evidence of the ability to manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Excellent instincts and commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Agna Kosova is looking for a passionate, strategic, and forward-thinking Brand Manager to join our dynamic team! If you’re enthusiastic about building impactful brand experiences and driving innovative marketing strategies, this is the right opportunity for you. As the Brand Manager, you will serve as the brand’s guardian ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and leading initiatives in advertising, campaign development, internal communications, digital media, and customer engagement. Your role will be critical in elevating our brand presence and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and reputation across markets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Define and maintain brand guidelines, mission, values, and tone of voice
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital, and BTL activities
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies translate into sales performance
• Track brand performance and consumer insights, delivering actionable recommendations
• Measure and report the success of campaigns, proposing optimizations for future initiatives
• Consistently generate new ideas with cross-functional teams to enhance brand value
• Monitor brand profitability, market positioning, and competitive performance
• Prepare regular brand performance reports and progress updates
• Monitoring sales performance, distribution, and market ex*****on through detailed analysis and reporting
• Coordinating product availability, stock planning, and import timelines with supply chain and logistics teams
• Handling budget planning and cost analysis related to marketing activities, transportation, and trade investments

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree or MBA is considered a strong advantage
• Excellent command of English (certifications such as IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC are a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, reporting and project management skills
• Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities
• Deep understanding of brand development, customer perception, and competitive dynamic
