When I go grocery shopping at Publix, I always make sure to pick up a big spread of fresh fruit! This is basically my snack food in between meals for the week. 🍌🍊🍓🍒🍉🍑👨🏻‍🍳

Diets are SUBJECTIVE, but this works for ME as I’m down 30 lbs. in a few months. I also eat less in general and keep breads/carbs very low. Exercise 4-5x a week for balance. This allows me to eat 1-2 cheat dinners a week as well. Happy Wednesday y’all!🏃🏻‍♂️🚴🏼‍♂️💪🏼

This hearty meal combined both mild and spicy chicken kale sausage with diced red & green bells, red onion, yellow onion, garlic, crushed roasted tomatoes, and fresh basil. Sweet and spicy, goes great as an appetizer, dish or serve it as an entrée like I did. I didn’t use bread (diet), but this dish is amazing on Italian rolls as a sanggggwich too! 🇮🇹🍖🌶🧅🧄🍅

These seasoned ground beef stuffed empanadas from Guarapo’s Cuban Cuisine are an authentic, delicious treat served on their appetizer menu and are a wonderful way to start a meal. The flavors are bold and the crust is super thin, flaky and not too doughy like other places. 🥩🥩🥩
