A sincere apology to our beloved Sundae Society
TLDR: we’re sorry we’re closed. Google Maps wasn’t updated, our mistake! Due to weather and still no electricity within the area, we couldn’t post sooner. WE ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Stay safe and see you, soon, kabsat!
Hello, everyone! We want to start by saying we’re sorry. 🙏🏼
We know some of you went out of your way today, hoping for a sweet treat from your KABSAT, only to find us CLOSED. We completely understand your frustration, and we take full accountability for not updating our Google Maps status and social media pages, promptly. That was our oversight. We sincerely apologize.
The truth is, the weather has been challenging, and we’ve been experiencing frequent power interruption since Tuesday. (Power is still out as of posting) making it difficult to update our pages or even post announcements. With no electricity and an unstable mobile data, we couldn’t get the word out as quickly as we wanted. We hope you understand the situation we’re currently facing.
For everyone’s safety, our team and our patrons, we’ve decided to remain CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We’ll announce as soon as it’s safe to reopen and serve you again.
Please stay safe. We miss you already and we can’t wait to welcome you back with open arms and plenty of strawberries. 🍓
