Sweet dreams 😴
I have been doing a lot of recipe development lately, trying to get new flavors dialed in as perfect as I can before releasing them. Not all batches are what I want. Those batches I get to play with in different ways. Here’s to hoping this panettone miso is delicious!
Who knows maybe it will make its way back into a batch some day! See you in 6+ months little baby’s! 💫

Feeling so appreciative and lucky, I got to spend the last few days learning from a truly amazing baker in Abruzzo Italy, what a way to cap off 3.5 months in Italy! I can not wait to take everything I learned back to my production and play! Thank you for welcoming me into your space it was truly a dream!
