Been infusing Naga inspirations with what grows around us .. letting the story come together on its own.

From brown sticky rice to Naga-style veg rosup, fresh salads, beans, chayote, and simple boiled vegetables.

At the center, pork with bamboo shoot and timbur, cooked over woodfire .. carrying that deep, smoky warmth.

Chutneys kept raw and bold, greens picked straight from the farm.

A thali .. shaped by Naga influences and the ingredients of our hills.

One of the things we value most about living on the farm is how naturally we eat with the seasons.

We harvest what the land gives and cook that — simple as it is.

There’s hardly a need to turn to anything unseasonal; what grows here is enough for us, and for our guests too.

We picked these peas last week, and Bella was just inspecting to make sure the harvest was up to standard 🐾

P.S. It has turned quite cold here lately, with occasional rain showers — nothing too heavy, but enough to bring back the chill. If you’re planning a trip, do carry some warm clothes.
