BEST SAME-DAY PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE 🍕🍕🍕comment “recipe” and I’ll sent it straight to you 👉

Ideas for when to make this:
-Early in the morning for a pizza dinner
-At night for the following morning breakfast or lunch

Yields: 4 medium pizza doughs
Time: 6-12hrs

TIPS:
-Use a generous mixture of cornmeal and flour (or semolina flour) to prevent dough stickiness.
-Use room temperature toppings (and dough, which will naturally warm up as you stretch out) for the best end results.

FREEZING:
Freeze after the 6-12 hour proofing period for up to 4 weeks. Allow to sit at room temp for 4hrs before stretching out.

CONVENTIONAL VS PIZZA OVEN:
HALO Cooks Versa 16: bake on high with a stone temp of 650-750°F for about 3.5 mins or until desired blistering.
Conv oven: Set oven to 550°F with stone or baking steel. Make sure stone/steel reaches at least 530°F before launching pizza. Bake for 8-10 mins.

Give this a try and let me know if you have any questions!

Same-Day Pizza Dough recipe 🍕 Comment “pizza” and I’ll DM you the recipe 🙌

There’s so much you can do with a good pizza dough recipe, so today I decided to make a chopped turkey bacon sandwich. Find the ingredients below ⬇️

I used the HALO Cooks Versa 16 with this so I could chop the deli ingredients while the bread baked. Nice to do two things at once 💪

Sandwich ingredients:
1 9.5oz dough ball
Turkey slices
1/2lb bacon
Lettuce
Provolone or Swiss cheese
1/2 red onion
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Italian seasoning and herbs
1/4 cup garlic aioli
Drizzle of olive oil

Hope you love this as much as I do 🤑

Mississippi Roast Baked Potatoes 🔥 This is so easy I could probably make it with my eyes closed. We’ve also made it probably 100 times. Full recipe below ⬇️

Ingredients:
1 chuck roast ~3lbs
5 Tbsp butter
4-5 pepperoncinis
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 packet au jus
Rosemary and Thyme
Shredded Colby Jack cheese

Chimichurri:
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper

Instructions:
-Cube up chuck roast and into a slow cooker place the roast cubes, butter, pepperoncinis, packets, and herbs. Close the lid and set to low for 7-8hrs
-At hour 6, prep the potatoes by poking holes throughout with either a knife or fork then oil and salt before placing in the oven at 400°F for 1 hour
-In that time, make the chimichurri and set aside for later. At this point, shred the beef with either your hands or forks. Bring out the potatoes once they’re fork tender and cut open
-Top with cheese, beef, chimichurri, and more cheese. This one hits different 🙌

Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Bites 🔥 The easiest smoker/pellet grill appetizer. Doesn’t even matter if they get cold, people will be all over them. Recipe below ⬇️

Ingredients:
~3lb Salmon
4 8oz cream cheese blocks
BBQ Seasoning (I used Sweet and Smokey Brown Sugar)
Garnish: chili crisp, dill
Baguette chips (bread pieces)

Instructions:
-Preheat your smoker to 275F (or oven to 300F). I used my offset smoker so it did take a bit longer to start up than a pellet grill
-While that heats up, prep the salmon by removing the skin (I used boiling hot water over top so the skin comes off easily)
-Season salmon and crosshatch + season cream cheese. Place in the smoker/oven for about 1 hour
-During that time, slice up a French baguette and toast with butter to get crispy. After 1 hour is up, shred salmon and combine with cream cheese and scoop onto bread
-Garnish with chili crisp and dill and enjoy!

Brisket Loaded Tots 🔥 A bad day never saw this one coming. Much better than therapy I must say. Recipe below ⬇️

Ingredients:
1 brisket (mine was about 12lbs)
2 bags Crispy Tots
Jalapeños
Sour cream
Green onions

Instructions:
-Preheat pellet grill to 225°F. Season brisket generously and place in the grill for about 10 hours. The key is reaching an internal temp of 165°F
-Once it reaches 165°F, wrap in butcher paper and back onto the smoker or in the oven until it reaches 200°F internal. Remove and allow to rest in a cooler for 2-4 hours or in the oven set at 175°F for up to 10 hours. This resting period will make it tender and juicy
-Near the tail end of its resting period, heat up the tots however you’d like (instructions on the bag), and defrost the cheese packet included using warm water. At this point, bring out the brisket
-Slice and cube into pieces that will fit nicely with the tots. Once the tots are done, toss in that cheese mixture provided and alternate tots and brisket topped with sour cream, green onions, jalapeños, and BBQ sauce (feel free to add on some cheddar cheese) and dig in!

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Scampi 🍤 I love a good 30 minute meal like this. Makes life that much easier! Full recipe below ⬇️

Ingredients:
1lb shrimp
2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp butter for shrimp + 4 Tbsp for sauce
12-16oz fettuccine pasta
½ onion, diced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup white wine
½ cup heavy cream
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Parsely as garnish

Instructions
-Boil fettuccine until al dente (about 11 minutes) and preserve about ½ cup of the pasta water for later
-Season shrimp and cook hot and fast with 2 Tbsp butter in a cast iron skillet. Flip after 1 minute. Put to the side and cover for later
-Make the sauce by melting 4 Tbsp butter, sauteeing onions for about 5 minutes, then garlic for 30 seconds, and white wine until halved (about 5-7 minutes of simmering)
-Add in the heavy cream, lemon and parm, mix and let that get bubbly, then introduce the noodles and shrimp. Garnish with more parm and parsley and enjoy!
