Absolutely awesome meal and great hospitality last night at

New summer 2025 tasting menu, showcasing their smoking and ability to combine ingredients we don’t normally see being used in BBQ.

Available with a wine pairing, but I went with their Old Fashioned cocktail pairing, which went really well with all the courses.
