If you missed our relaunch at , we are hosting another pop up of Plant Based Tuesdays where we celebrate the start of the Christmas season and a very special recipe book release 🎉
About the book:
“Recipes with a Hope” is a culinary journey brought to life by ARTM in collaboration with 25 talented local chefs, bakers, and mixologists from local favorite spots and features master and Michelin chefs.
We are honored to feature the one and only vegan recipe in the book where you’ll get to experience it with a Filipino twist at ARIA.
The venue:
is a hidden gem tucked away in the older streets of San Malo featured in South China Morning Post, Macao News and more. We are grateful to host our last pop up for 2025 in this special restaurant.
Menu inspiration:
Bel, Filipina born Macau, an aspiring vegan chef takes a twist on her Filipino roots to showcase that it is possible to try plant based as a Filipino in Macau. The menu is inspired by her Bulakeño family, friends and lastly sprinkling a bit of Filipino flare on the dessert recipe you’ll get to find in the book.
