Let's travel to Japan (for our mouths anyway 😅)!

We have four different flavours with one of each in a box, using premium quality ingredients such as matcha and hojicha powders.

We also make our own toasted black sesame paste and Yuzu curd 🍋

For this box, we have also taken on a minimal design, as we put more ❤️ into creating the matcha nama chocolate, kinako milk mochi and sesame tuile..

August Choux Box is here!!

August is the 1 year anniversary month for MC so we have decided to give a comeback for two of our TOP flavours from back in 2021 🥳

The third flavour is NEW which has been in the works for awhile now. 😍

Flavours for the Aug Choux Box are:

🪷 Winter Blossom 🪷

No doubt our most popular flavour of the June Choux Box, which came to me as a surprise because there are not many jasmine tea flavour desserts out there.

I remember wandering around in an Asian supermarket and seeing a box of Chinese Jasmine loose tea leaves, and it took me back to times of drinking a small cup of hot jasmine tea in Yum Cha - so warm and light with a lovely balance of sweet and bitter.

Then I decided to experiment with the Jasmine tea by infusing the tea leaves with the milk for the diplomat cream. The earthy aroma of the tea was then complimented with the subtle sweetness of honey pears as well as the toastiness of walnuts. This was our ultimate combination of tea, fruit and nuts all in one.

So Winter Blossom is pretty much my interpretation of a winter warmer, and it gives me the warm fuzzies knowing so many of you LOVED this one too!

It appears that I need to do a tea choux box series in the near future 😜

The Choux Box has two of each flavour, making them perfect for sharing, but no judgement if you intend to gobble it up all by yourself 😉

We will be taking a break from Choux Box next month and will be bringing back a certain sweet treat that's perfect for the cold months - stay tuned !

She's our Purple Queen 👑

The natural vibrant colour of purple yam really takes the spotlight in our June Choux Box!

The Chou-be consists of an Ube diplomat cream, which is made of our standard pastry cream mixed with our homemade ube halaya - because it's not good enough just to add ube liquid flavour 😈

The Choux is also topped with a coconut ube whipped ganache, a small cube of ube halaya, dehydrated purple yam garnish and coconut flakes.

🍓BLUSHING FIELDS🍓

Sweet, light and refreshing. Blushing fields was first introduced in our October Choux Box and definitely will be making more comebacks in the future. We think the highlight of this choux flavour is the strawberry chunks inside!

We usually recommend eating this one last of the box as the flavours act as a 'palette cleanser'.

May flavours are out!! 🥹

In celebration of reaching 1,000 followers on Instagram, we have asked three of our loyal Manna Choux supporters to choose a flavour for this box! They had a choice of choosing a new flavour or bringing back a flavour from a previous box.
